1 oz. / 30 ml Gin
1 oz. / 30 ml Brandy
.5 oz. / 15 ml Lime juice
.25 oz. / 8 ml 2:1 Rich demerara syrup (OR .5 oz. / 15 ml 1:1 demerara syrup)
2-3 dashes angostura bitters
Ginger beer (I used Bundaberg)
Shake gin, brandy, lime juice and simple syrup and strain over pebble ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with cucumber and mint.
